Industrial Gas & Offshore Division Restructuring at RITCHIE

Forfar, Scotland 8th february 2008 - RITCHIE announce the following restructuring in their Industrial Sales Division.

Scott Downie has been newly appointed the Industrial Gas & Offshore Sales Manager. Scott has been with RITCHIE for three years and has been instrumental in developing it's customer base to the current level.

The restructuring will position the team to successfully grow it's Industrial Gas business further into continental Europe and SE Asia as part of it's 5 year strategy to grow its packaged gas handling capability to areas outside of the UK.

"Our expertise and brand in designing and supplying packaged gas pack frames and bundles to the industrial gas sector is well known; especially in the UK" said John MacAskill, the sales & marketing director. "We are currently building manufacturing partnerships with companies outside of the UK and together with our design and service know-how and experience we will enter regions that we have only just started to serve from our Scottish base"
